Why a flat price instead of hourly?+
Because you should know the price before Meg starts, not after. One flat price set by the size of your home, the same every visit. What it costs is what it costs, no surprises.
How do you set a price without visiting?+
By the size of your home, not the hour. You tell Meg the bedrooms, bathrooms and how long since a deep clean, and she confirms your flat price with you before your first clean, usually without needing to come round. If the home turns out different from what was described, she talks to you first, never after the work. Your first clean is a deeper reset that costs a bit more, you see both prices up front, then it’s your flat price from there.
Are you insured and police-checked?+
Yes. $20 million public liability, including accidental damage to property in our care, plus a National Police Check. You’re letting someone into your home, so we make that easy.
What areas do you cover?+
From Rockingham down to Mandurah: Baldivis, Secret Harbour, Port Kennedy, Safety Bay, Singleton, Golden Bay, Halls Head and Dawesville included. Not sure if we reach you? Just ask.
How often should I book?+
Same flat price whichever you pick. Weekly keeps a home at its best; fortnightly is easier on the total monthly budget and still holds the standard. You pick, and it’s always Meg either way.
